                       Character Party FAQ'S

Do you offer licensed characters?
  • NO.  Our characters are not name-brand copyrighted characters, and we make no attempt to market them as such.  Any resemblance to a know copyrighted figure is incidental and unintentional.  We only accept bookings from individuals who are aware of this fact that we DO NOT represent any licensed characters.

If  we need to cancel our booked event, can we reschedule?

  • We will do our best to accommodate you, unless another event is scheduled for that date.

Personalized CD FAQ'S

Are the voices on the CD actually those of the real characters pictured?
  • Yes!  The CDs were recorded in a sound studio using character actors from each brand, so you and your child will recognize the voices.

Do I need a computer to play the music?

  • No, the personalized CDs will play in any home or car CD player, as well as in computer CD drives.

Do you really have every name?

  • Each CD offers 1000-2000 of the most common names, but since each available name was recorded live in the sound studio with each of the character actors from each brand, every name couldn't possibly be recorded.  You can specify an alternate spelling to any of the available names, so the actual number of names available is a multiple of the number of names recorded.  If the name you seek is unavailable, please consider using one of the nicknames or a middle name.

My child's name has a unique spelling, what do I do?

  • The spelling of the name does not affect the sound recording.  Choose the name that matches the correct phonetics (pronunciation).  When you order, please specify the correct spelling and it will be imprinted on the child's CD as requested. 

 

                     Personalized Books FAQ'S

How do you personalize the books?

  • Our books feature a printing process that allows the personalized information to be added to the story at the time of printing!  We do not insert the information into pre-printed pages.  The resulting product- a store-quality book!

What information can be included in the book?

  • A minimum of two names of family/friends, as well as a hometown must be given.  The child's age and state are optional.  The book also includes a front page that allows for a dedication and/or special message.

Are your books durable?

  • Absolutely!  Our books feature a washable hard cover and a secure binding process.  They will be a treasure that the child will have for years to come.
